Our Production Facilities
We operate two processing facilities, as well as a cold storage facility and a live holding facility. All facilities are located on the shores of the Canadian east coast in very close proximity to the main fishing grounds.

The majority of the seafood we purchase arrives fresh to our processing facilities by boat. Our facilities use modern technologies and employ experienced and dedicated staff.

Live Lobster Holding
+ Transfer Facility
The live lobster holding/transfer facility is our main transfer station for the over 1 million pounds of lobster we purchase annually from local lobster fishermen.

The indoor wet storage system holds over 40,000 pounds of live lobster, utilizing a closed circulation system that is HACCP approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Our water comes from approved sources and is tested regularly on site to ensure optimum holding conditions.
