Atlantic Snow Crab

Harvested from May to October, the busiest period in the season occurs in May and June. Our Atlantic Snow Crab is caught in crab pots in the icy cold waters off of eastern Nova Scotia, Canada. The average snow crab measures two feet from tip to tip and weighs from 1 1/2 to 3 pounds. Atlantic Snow Crab are caught and held live on board the fishing vessel in ice until they are delivered to our processing facility. There the crabs are eviscerated, cleaned, cooked, and frozen.
